Psoas and Lower Back Health
The sanskrit word sankalpa means resolution or intention. The intention for this class is to become aware of and resolve structural imbalances in the core body.

There is a subtle and powerful connection between the diaphragm, psoas, and the lower back that energetically connects all the way down to your feet.

This class is dedicated to untightening and strengthening your psoas muscles, so you experience pain relief in your lower back, stand more upright, and feel powerful and confident.
