Saturday Yoga Sessions – March , 2026
Inspiration:
“The practice of asanas lubricates the joints and increases mobility, bringing awareness to each muscle, joint, and organ. Different combinations of asanas improve the range of movement for each muscle and joint, helping align the left and right sides of the body.” — B.K.S. Iyengar
Saturday, 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm | Session A
Yoga for Knee Health
Your knees are complex and incredibly important joints. In addition to holding you upright and carrying you through the world, they also help absorb the shock from everyday movements including walking, running, jumping, or moving from pose to pose in your yoga practice.
Maintaining the health of your knee joints is critical. If you’re experiencing pain, it can help to strengthen the muscles around your knees including your hamstrings, quadriceps, abductors, adductors, and calves.
Benefits:
Transformational Work:
Awaken your inner strength and flexibility through guided feedback, helping you evolve in both body and mind.

Yoga TLC for Your Hands and Wrists
This yoga class is designed to bring your hands and wrists into optimal alignment and to guide them through a wide range of healthy movements. When working with the hands and wrists this carefully, you’ll also be strengthening your forearms, upper arms, and shoulders.
Yoga benefits the hands and wrists by increasing strength and flexibility, improving circulation, and reducing pain associated with conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis. Regular practice helps protect joints and can alleviate stiffness and tension from repetitive use.

The Art of Practice
Description: The Art of Practice is a yoga journey of self-discovery and personal transformation that requires discipline, effort, and a commitment to being present in the moment. Mindful movement and yoga flow cultivates inner peace, balance, and self-awareness, so you can connect with your true essence.
This class includes meditation, breathing, chanting, and body awareness.
Challenge yourself
Start your practice by challenging yourself with difficult movements, and look for new challenges each day.
Be present
Let go of the past and the future, and focus on your practice in the moment.
Embrace the journey
The art of yoga practice is about accepting the process of self-discovery, not about achieving perfection in poses.
Physical, Mental, and Emotional Benefits:
Transformational Work:
Feel the positive energy flow, and receive expert feedback to enhance your body’s foundation and alignment.

Sunday, 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm | Session D
Yoga to Relieve Physical Exhaustion
This is a nurturing and soothing yoga practice that supports the nervous and immune system, restores homeostasis (optimal functioning within), and recharges the body’s energy system, so that you can rest deeper and more peacefully.
This sequence is designed to include gentle backbends, supported forward bends, and supported inversions to calm the nervous system and recharge the energy system. The result is to experience deeper levels of breathing and relaxation.
As the body releases stress and tension, the body, mind, emotions, and spirit can relax into a safe space of inner stillness, so you can connect with your peaceful and beautiful inner self.
Benefits
Pranayama: Alternate nostril breathing
Asanas: Asanas that support and nourish the nervous system and immune system
Restoratives: Restoratives that calm the nervous system such as Setu Bandha Sarvangasana and Savasana
Transformational Work:
Transform your body and mindset through expert feedback that enhances both physical and emotional well-being.

Healing Injury? For those who have a history of injury or trauma and notice that the effects of the minor/major injuries are beginning to interfere with your everyday lives, please note that all of the yoga classes are naturally healing.
Each yoga class is designed to help release stored pain, anxiety, stress, or tension you may be experiencing so that vital, healing energy – prana – can move freely through the entire body. When vital energy is flowing freely (not obstructed), you experience positive emotions, revitalized energy, mental clarity, lightness, pain relief, and an overall sense of well-being.
