Kari’s Yoga

Kari Tomashik’s compassionate and light-hearted style includes clear and careful explanation about the healing alignment of yoga. Kari has a deep knowledge of the working of the human body—derived from her personal practice and her many years of teaching. Kari approaches each individual as a unique person and treats all with respect.

Kari’s has over 20 years of yoga experience and nationally teaches yoga classes, healing workshops, athletic warrior sequences, wilderness yoga retreats, and individual yoga lessons.

KARI’S TEACHING STYLE INCLUDES

    • Neuromuscular facilitation to activate your core muscles. 
    • Simultaneous integration of lower, middle, and upper core muscles. 
    • Unlearning imbalanced movement patterns that depletes your energy system. 
    • Relearning balanced movement patterns that increases your vital energy flow and facilitates proper muscular balance.
