November 7-8, 2020
Connect to Your Inner Core

This workshop is designed to help you release any stored pain, anxiety, stress or tension you may be experiencing, so that your vital energy – prana – can move freely through your whole entire body.  When our vital energy is flowing freely (not obstructed), we experience feeling positive emotions, revitalized energy, mental clarity, lightness, pain relief and a sense of overall well-being.

We will also practice asanas and pranayama techniques that will boost your immune system.
