This class is designed to relieve pain and tension that you may be experiencing in your hips, lower back, mid-back, and upper back, neck, and shoulders. 

We will align and balance the left and right side of the spinal column and muscles to relieve pain or discomfort in our lower, middle, and upper back pain. From here, we will uplift energy to align our neck and shoulders to create a balanced upper body so that we feel energized, buoyant, and light. 

Align:  This yoga practice will focus on aligning and balancing the left and right side of our lower body to create a stable foundation. From here, we will uplift energy to align our neck and shoulders to create a balanced upper pole. 

Energize:  Unwind trapped energy! And, like a magician transform that energy into pure positive, free-flowing energy so that you feel and radiate blissful energy!

Heal:  Let’s create a safe, outer and inner environment during our yoga practice, so that our emotional and muscular body can let go of any holding patterns that no longer serve.
Let’s meet ourselves with loving-kindness, gentleness, and compassion so that the lotus flowers within our heart, throat, third eye (mind), divine spirit opens, blossoms, and glows!

Pranayama: Each yoga class incorporates pranayama techniques, such as alternate nostril breathing and diaphragmatic (belly) breathing, to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and optimize the body’s natural healing capacity. 

Pranayma (breath work) maintains healthy lungs where gas exchange occurs  (oxygen from the air is transported to the blood and carbon dioxide is eliminated from the blood into the air) and connects us to prana, where vital- life energy is exchanged with the trees where oxygen is received and carbon dioxide is given.

Healing Injury? For those who have a history of injury or trauma and notice that the effects of the minor/major injuries are beginning to interfere with your everyday lives, please note that all of the yoga classes are naturally healing.

Each yoga class is designed to help release stored pain, anxiety, stress, or tension you may be experiencing so that vital, healing energy – prana – can move freely through the entire body. When vital energy is flowing freely (not obstructed), you experience positive emotions, revitalized energy, mental clarity, lightness, pain relief, and an overall sense of well-being.


Whether you have attended any of my yoga classes in the past or not, you are welcome to attend any or all of these classes.
