Saturday Yoga Sessions  –  November 1, 2025
Inspiration:
“The practice of asanas lubricates the joints and increases mobility, bringing awareness to each muscle, joint, and organ. Different combinations of asanas improve the range of movement for each muscle and joint, helping align the left and right sides of the body.” — B.K.S. Iyengar
Saturday, 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm | Session A
Awaken the Psoas for Strong Abs and a Healthy Back
This yoga session is designed to gently release tension in the psoas and abdominal muscles while building strength in the psoas and deep abdominal muscles.
Lengthening and strengthening the psoas and abdominal muscles are crucial for improving core stability, posture, athletic performance, and overall well-being. The psoas and abdominal muscles are a crucial team, with the psoas connecting your torso to your legs, and the deep abdominals supporting your spine. This balance is key to proper movement and avoiding chronic pain.
The psoas major is a deep core muscle, sometimes called the “muscle of the soul”. It connects the lumbar spine (lower back) to the femur (thigh bone) and plays a crucial role in hip flexion, posture, and walking. It also has a link to our nervous system and can tighten in response to stress.
The abdominal muscles are the superficial and deep layers of muscles that wrap around your torso. They stabilize the spine and pelvis, support the internal organs, and assist in breathing.
Benefits:
Transformational Work:
Unlock your body’s potential with guided feedback, creating space for energy flow and relaxation.

Sunday Yoga Sessions – November 2, 2025
Inspiration:
“Asanas make your body supple and bring alertness to your mind, while soothing your nerves and glands, relaxing your brain, and maintaining physical, physiological, and emotional balance.” — B.K.S. Iyengar
Sunday, 9:00 am – 11:00 am | Session C
The Art of Practice
Description: The Art of Practice is a yoga journey of self-discovery and personal transformation that requires discipline, effort, and a commitment to being present in the moment. Mindful movement and yoga flow cultivates inner peace, balance, and self-awareness, so you can connect with your true essence.
This class includes meditation, breathing, chanting, and body awareness.
Challenge yourself
Start your practice by challenging yourself with difficult movements, and look for new challenges each day.
Be present
Let go of the past and the future, and focus on your practice in the moment.
Embrace the journey
The art of yoga practice is about accepting the process of self-discovery, not about achieving perfection in poses.
Benefits:
Transformational Work:
Feel the positive energy flow, and receive expert feedback to enhance your body’s foundation and alignment.

Sunday, 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm | Session D
Boost Your Immune System
This holistic and restorative yoga session combines physical postures, breathing, and relaxation to enhance the bodies natural defenses. By reducing stress, minimizing inflammation, and improving circulation, yoga helps the immune system function more effectively.
Yoga’s focus on mindfulness and deep breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a state of calm and lowering cortisol levels. Yoga poses stimulate blood flow and create movement in the lymphatic system, which is crucial for flushing toxins and moving immune cells throughout the body. Yoga can also help relax the body and mind, combating insomnia and improving sleep quality, which is essential for a robust immune system.
Benefits:
Transformational Work:
Transform your body and mindset through expert feedback that enhances both physical and emotional well-being.
