Come join us for this wonderful yoga practice designed to help you relieve pain and tension in your upper body so that you feel energized, light, and free!

Time: 10:00 am -11:30 am (Eastern Time Zone)

This yoga practice is designed to help you:

  • Release muscular tightness and tension in your head, neck, and upper back 
  • Soften the fascia around your head, neck, and shoulders
  • Deepen the way you breathe, so there is more freedom in the pranic energy flowing throughout your body
  • Create spinal alignment so you feel upright and are able to move more freely with lightness,  buoyancy, grace, and ease 

More About Proper Spinal Alignment

Proper alignment of the upper spinal column is essential to eliminate any pain or tension we may feel in the head, neck, and shoulder regions of our body. 

To release pain and tension we oftentimes we need to start at the outer sheath of the body so that we can loosen and stretch the more superficial fascia and muscles to liberate the underlying muscular layers. When the fascia and outer muscular layers are freed of tightness, the deepest-lying elements of the body – the bones and spinal vertebrae – can find their proper alignment.

When the bones and spinal column find proper alignment they can then exercise their appropriate function – creating span (length), relaxation, and balance for the fascia and musculature attachments. 

Proper alignment of the spinal column increases our chances to eliminate pain and release tension so that we feel upright, energized, light, and free in how we sit, stand, walk, and move. 


Whether you have attended any of my yoga classes in the past or not, you are welcome to attend any or all of these classes.


Beginner – with at least 6 months of yoga experience
