Upper Core Strength and Flexibility
Learn how to gather energy from your periphery (hands and arms) to your core and your core to your periphery. Intertwine the wisdom of your body with the wisdom of your heart, spirit, and mind and yoke your awareness with the ebb and flow of your breath so that you feel radiant, energized, and light.
Join us for this fun, creative yoga class to increase your strength, flexibility, and relaxation in your wrists, arms, upper core, thoracic spine, cervical spine (neck), upper back and shoulder blades. Try this invigorating and challenging yoga practice to uplift your energy so that you feel powerful, strong, relaxed, calm, and energized, physically and mentally.

Whether you have attended any of my yoga classes in the past or not, you are welcome to attend any or all of these classes.
