Want to feel more balanced and strong in everyday life? Learn how to stand like a mountain—firm, steady, and unshakable! Perfect for improving posture and bringing a sense of calm.
You’ll Get:
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm | Release Pain & Tension: Head, Neck & Shoulders
Got tight shoulders or neck pain from sitting at a desk all day? This session will teach you how to release all that tension and leave you feeling like a whole new person! Expect lots of deep breathing, gentle movements, and sweet relaxation.

9:00 am – 11:00 am | Unlock Your Hips: Flexibility & Flow
Feel like your hips are locked up? Whether you sit a lot or just want more freedom in your movement, this class will help loosen up your hips, lower back, and legs—giving you a whole new sense of flow.

12:30 pm – 2:30 pm | Twist & Energize: Recharge Your Body
Ready to refresh and recharge? Twists and Domes are amazing for releasing tension, increasing flexibility, and boosting energy! Whether you’ve been sitting all day or need an extra pick-me-up, this class will leave you feeling totally energized.

Healing Injury? For those who have a history of injury or trauma and notice that the effects of the minor/major injuries are beginning to interfere with your everyday lives, please note that all of the yoga classes are naturally healing.
Each yoga class is designed to help release stored pain, anxiety, stress, or tension you may be experiencing so that vital, healing energy – prana – can move freely through the entire body. When vital energy is flowing freely (not obstructed), you experience positive emotions, revitalized energy, mental clarity, lightness, pain relief, and an overall sense of well-being.

Whether you have attended any of my yoga classes in the past or not, you are welcome to attend any or all of these classes.
